A recap of the past few weeks

Finally it's holiday and I can take my own sweet time to blog. Over the past few weeks, I was busy with all the EDC/EDF classes and preparing myself for the final(which somehow never really ends). Some of the circumstances which had an impact on me are:

#1. Getting pathetic marks for my mock exam. I think that was the worst mark I got since kindergarten!! Although some senior and even lecturer said it is normal to get such mark for ACCA level but I just can't accept it. I'll do better, really.

#2. I STUDIED TOO MUCH. I have to admit it now. There are some sore pressure marks on my legs as well as my back. Initially, I thought I knocked something or suffered from any disease but the doctor told me that they were merely sore pressure as I sat on the chair the whole day for the past two weeks!!!

#3. Perhaps I'm sort of extreme friendly to one of my friends and it turned out that he started to shun me like a plague after some silly rumours. Hiaz... However, I realised that too. In our recent gathering, I deliberately ignore him and then he started to talk to me again, weird eh? Hmm... Maybe I think too much, I shouldn't take those jokes seriously.

#4. I learned about a fact that makes me feel happy. Apparently, I had done an act which I usually do and someone actually felt touched by what I had done!! I feel appreciated and it certainly does motivate me to be the person I'm right now.

I'll hold on to my beliefs and carry on with the way I deal with things in the usual course as that's what makes me special, right? Haha....

#5. Last but not least, it's holiday!!! I shall live my life to the fullest during this 2+ weeks because I will have more miserable life ahead.~.~ If you seriously think that ACCA is just debits and credits, YOU ARE SERIOUSLY WRONG!!! The theories are overwhelming and I don't know how much can I take it. Just hoping for the best...

I'm proud to be muarian!!

Being a muarian, I certainly feel proud of my place of birth. Although muar is just a small town without LRT ,hypermarket, 100 storeys skyscrapers or airport etc I love my hometown very much. Here are some of the recent achievement and recognition of muarians/muar:

#1:One of my senior from HSM, Tan Zhongshan, became the top law student at Cambridge University. Queens’ College dean Dr Martin Dixon said Tan definitely stood out among the students there. Click on the link on the star just in case you missed it.

#2:In the recent ACCA Graduation Ceremony in Sunway University College, the Ernst&Young Best Graduating ACCA Student, Lisa Khoo Poh Yin, is also a muarian from Convent School.( I do contribute a small role too, hehe..)

#3:Last but not least, Baskin Robbins is in muar now!! Woohoo~ I'm quite amazed by the developement in muar for the past few years. Initially, we only have KFC and McDonald. Then comes PizzaHut, Chicken Rice shop, Sushi King and now Baskin Robbins.^^ I love ice-creams and I certainly welcome BR to be part of the permanent franchise in muar.(Planning to storm to BR on this 31 October with my friend,hehe....)

Enjoy the video as well~

Vampire diaries

Dear diary,

I woke up this morning and I told myself that today's gonna be a different day. I had my holidays, relaxing, fb-ing, hanging out with friends and it was fun. But when the sun rises up, reality sets in. Right now, this is reality. It's time for me to get back to my studies. There were many chapters of law which I have to catch up, tonnes of questions that I have to read through and dozens of notes to copy into my books.

Haha, I'm so addicted to Vampire Diaries!! Guess what? Season 2 is out!!

Have a look at it and you will love it!!

Short-term dream of this month and why?

Since Vivian kept on pressing me to update my blog and I have no idea of what to write, I just copy her blog title to write something. Hehe....

Before I begin, Selamat Hari Raya people! Maaf Zahir & Batin.(This one also copied from hers). So, below are some of my short-term plans for September:

1. Have some fun
Ever since I registered for this professional course, I don't seemed to have much time for myself. All I do is study, study, study... Such a boring life huh? Hence, I shall make good use of my one week holiday to relax and have some fun with my secondary school friends.

2. Improve my English proficiency
Hmm... Somehow, I realised that I am speaking more Mandarin recently as I don't get along well with all the "bananas".:P Before that, at least I will speak English to my father everyday since he don't understand Mandarin. Thus, it's time to brush up my language once again and spend more time with my family.

3. Gain some weight
Obviously, I do not look fat or muscular. Hence, I will try to eat as much as I can during the holidays. Haha.... However, I quite happy to say that I'm QUITE TALL.XD

4. Save money
Money matters, we can't live without money. I spent quite a lot these few months as the food in sunway becoming more expensive and so many people born in August!! Hiding at home for a week should help me to save some unnecessary expenditure. Wait a minute, am I contradicting my first plan? Opps....

Anyway, just live a life instead of dying to live.^^
